Our On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) permit process ensures that all systems are installed and maintained in compliance with state and local regulation to protect public health and the environment.
All OSSF applications must be completed in full and submitted by mail along with the required payment. Applications and payments should be mailed directly to Charles McDonald, Designated Representative for Kinney County, who oversees the review and permitting process. Incomplete applications or those submitted without proper payment may result in delays. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
