Due to Coronavirus outbreak and the relaxation of the rules of the Open Meetings Act, Judge or Commissioners may or may not be present at the Kinney County Courtroom on meeting dates and may appear by teleconference. The general public attendance to the meeting is not allowed to attend due to limit of 10 people per gathering, but may appear by teleconference. To attend by teleconference, please dial 830.563.4025 then press 453065# to be accepted to Monday's scheduled meeting.

Today Governor Abbott issued GA-39 that prohibits most all entities (private, public) from requiring any persons to receive a Covid-19 vaccine, except in nursing homes, assisted living and State supported centers.
